These Terms govern access to Tempo, including Tempo web, assistant, MCP, and integration features. By using Tempo, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, the organization you represent.
Using Tempo
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Tempo only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the data you enter, import, connect, or ask Tempo to process.
Subscriptions and Pro features
Some features require a paid Tempo Pro subscription or a billing-exempt account. Fees, taxes, billing periods, cancellations, and renewals are handled through the billing flow shown at purchase or in account settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Customer data
You retain rights to the contacts, notes, activity records, and other business data you put into Tempo. You grant Tempo permission to host, process, transmit, and display that data as needed to provide the service, support integrations, protect the platform, and comply with these Terms.
Integrations and AI assistants
If you connect third-party services or AI assistants, you authorize Tempo to exchange information with those services as needed for the connection. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for confirming assistant-proposed writes before they are saved in Tempo.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Tempo to violate laws, regulations, privacy rights, or platform rules.
- Attempt to access another user's data without authorization.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass Tempo security controls.
- Upload malicious code or use Tempo to send abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- Use Tempo in a way that creates regulated obligations we have not expressly agreed to in writing.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Tempo reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or changed from time to time. We may add, modify, or remove features, including beta features and integrations.
Disclaimers
Tempo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Tempo does not provide legal, financial, compliance, underwriting, or lending advice. You are responsible for professional judgment, borrower communications, and compliance obligations in your business.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Tempo's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts paid to Tempo for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Tempo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Tempo or others, fail to pay required fees, or if required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Tempo changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
